Comprehensive Staging Consultation:                                       $ 200.00 and up

As Accredited Staging Professionals, we are trained to quickly identify what today's potential buyers prefer to see when shopping for their next home.  From the RMLS listing to the full home tour, each step provokes a felling that can go either direction at any step in the process.  Our goal to evoke positive emotions, and to eliminate all the potential road blocks that may be keeping you from selling your home quickly and for top dollar. 

We cover all the bases in this consultation.  The comprehensive consultation includes a detailed written report with recommendations for the do-it-yourself seller and the seller who needs assistance with the Staging.  We will also be available long after the day of the consultation to answer questions and provide additional guidance.

Full Service Staging - Occupied Properties:                             $ 250.00 and up

This process begins with the Comprehensive Staging Consultation, but offers to do all the work for you!  This includes furniture placement, packing, painting, shopping (if additional furniture or accessories are needed), or you can rent our furniture and accessories to accentuate your own furnishings.

We will also help to work with reputable contractors that can do any necessary remodel projects including counters, flooring, landscaping and other structural repairs.

Full Service Staging - Vacant Properties:                                 $ 400.00 and up

Many home buyers cannot visual where to best place their home furnishings when in a vacant home.  As Accredited Staging Professionals, we can  help by furnishing the home for you.  We evaluate the best placement and style of the furniture and accessories to highlight your home's best features. 

E-Staging                                                                                           $ 100.00 and up        

The internet has provided the Staging industry the unique opportunity to offer online Staging for the do-it-yourself homeowner.  Roux Staging offers a detailed Staging plan and report for you to follow in order to prepare your home for sale through the use of photos provided by you.  This is perfect for the person who is limited due to time constraints or finanical flexibility, or for sellers that may have the desire to do the Staging themselves, but just don't know where to start.  E-Staging provides a economical means to really get more money for your property.
