FACT:  Nationally, the Average Price Reduction is 5 - 10%

$150,00 Home=7.5-15,000 Less

$250,000 Home=12.5-25,000 Less

$500,000 Home=25-50,000 Less

 

 

The investment in Staging is always less than the first price reduction.

The National Association of Realtors survey of selling price vs. asking priced based on length of time on the market:

  • 4-12 weeks averaged 5% less
  • 13-24 weeks averaged 6.4% less than list price
  • 24 weeks or more averaged 10% less than the list price
